Return & Refund Policy

At Ms.Asoebi Clothing Inc., we understand that planning a wedding is an intricate process, and sometimes circumstances change. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy for our custom-made bridal robes. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these terms before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation:

  • Cancellation within 48 Hours: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it for a  refund, kindly note shopify charges a refund fee and that will be deducted from your payment before issuing the refund. Please contact us via email immediately to initiate the cancellation process.
  • Cancellation After 48 Hours: After 48 hours of placing your order, we begin the production process. Cancellations made beyond this window will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value to cover design and production.
  • Cancellation After 96 Hours: Cancellations made beyond this window will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the total order value to cover design and production.

Refund Policy:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged bridal robe, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and replacement.
  • Quality Concerns: We take pride in the quality of our custom-made bridal robes. If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your robe. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, which may include returns, exchanges, or partial refunds.
  • Change of Mind: Custom-made bridal robes are personalized to your specifications, making them ineligible for returns or refunds due to a change of mind. We strongly encourage you to double-check your robe's details, sizing, and colors before placing your order as all products have a size chart for reference, in the event you chose a wrong size, a replacement of the same design can be exchanged and you will pay shipping fees for return and to ship the replacement but will not be charged for the replacement.
  • Incorrect Information: If your bridal robe does not match the specifications provided in your order due to an error on our part, we will replace the item. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
