The Rosa (Short Length) Bridesmaids Robe by Ms Asoebi was an amazing choice for my bridal party! Pictured in lavender, these robes were incredibly comfy and came in a wide range of sizes, fitting everyone perfectly. Even though I had to order these a little last minute, Ms. Asoebi personally ensured they arrived on time. The shipping was prompt, and the material quality was excellent. When I began my search for the perfect bridal robes for my wedding, I stumbled upon Ms. Asoebi, and I can honestly say that the experience surpassed all my expectations. I first reached out to her in September 2023, planning to order an assortment of robes – seven for my bridesmaids, two for the brides, and three for the key women in our families. Given the scale of my order, Ms. Asoebi provided an option to pay in installments, and assured me that the robes would be shipped collectively within 7-10 days after final payment.

Although there were initially no updates on the tracking, Ms. Asoebi kept in constant communication, sharing pictures and updates of the robes to ensure they met my expectations. Her respectfulness and attentive customer service made the process smooth despite my growing anxiety over the shipment details.

The situation took a turn when the initial shipment was reportedly lost or damaged. This news was disheartening, but Ms. Asoebi's commitment shone through. She proactively offered to remake and personally deliver the robes to ensure they arrived in time for the wedding. True to her word, she remade all the robes in less than a week – a feat that seemed nearly impossible. She worked tirelessly, sending updates and photos of the progress, and the new robes arrived in pristine condition, reflecting the craftsmanship and dedication of someone who genuinely cares about her clients’ satisfaction.

The robes themselves were beautifully made, fitting perfectly and styled exactly as we had discussed. The quality of the material and the attention to detail in the stitching and fit were evident, showing no signs of the rush in which they were made.

Ms. Asoebi's handling of an unexpected issue, her relentless dedication, and her solution-oriented approach were outstanding. She exemplifies how customer service should be – with integrity, dedication, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

I received my robes and they are absolutely gorgeous. The size is as described but if you want it to fit loose, I suggest you size up! Shipping is fast and the customer service representative was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

I didn't know how to find them, but my wedding planner located them and I can't tell you how much I Love these robes. I can't wait for bridal party to wear them the morning of my wedding, to capture the real beauty of these robes. The robes are perfect. Every detail was made to perfection.
